Custom Player Rules

The Create Yourself tool is only for an adult applicant creating their own Custom Player application. You must not enter another person's identity or claim to act for a player through this form. Community data suggestions, club or federation invitations, official licensed profiles and guardian-assisted applications are separate workflows.

A draft, e-mail address or social-profile link does not prove identity and does not grant any rights. Activation requires the verification steps designated by COLLAGEN d.o.o., which may include e-mail OTP, a controlled social-account challenge, confirmation through a club, federation or official contact, risk review and manual review. Status must never move directly from claimed to active.

Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide. Factual player information is separate from WPM editorial estimates and simulation-generated values. COLLAGEN d.o.o. controls gameplay ratings, balance and generated parameters. Any in-game portrait is generic and fictional unless a later written licence expressly provides otherwise; the portal does not request a photograph or identity document.

Submitting an application or paying for application processing does not verify or license the applicant and does not guarantee activation or inclusion in Water Polo Manager 2026. Payment is consideration for processing and verification work only. COLLAGEN d.o.o. may review, reject, suspend, dispute, remove or request further evidence for an application. A separate versioned Player License Agreement must be accepted only through the approved verification workflow.

COLLAGEN d.o.o., Petrinjska 4, 21000 Split, Croatia, OIB 28952807144, is the seller. The exact total price, service description, Terms, Privacy Notice and Refund Policy versions must be shown and recorded before checkout. Card details are entered on Revolut Hosted Checkout and are not stored by BOSSMADE Games. Returning from checkout is not proof of payment; payment is accepted only after a signed provider notification and server-to-server reconciliation.

The one-time EUR 1.99 fee pays only for processing and creation work for one Custom Player profile, including any applicable taxes shown at checkout. It does not purchase Water Polo Manager 2026 or any game licence. If the applicant expressly asks for processing to start immediately, the request and exact wording are recorded. The applicant acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost only once COLLAGEN d.o.o. fully performs the purchased processing service. If the applicant lawfully withdraws before full performance, COLLAGEN d.o.o. may retain or charge the proportionate amount for work already performed. This does not remove any mandatory consumer right.

Withdrawal, cancellation and refund outcomes are governed by the published Refund and Withdrawal Policy and applicable law. Checkout must remain disabled until the policy, final fiscalisation/accounting treatment and all mandatory pre-contract information have been approved.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, COLLAGEN d.o.o. is not responsible for claims arising from false or unauthorised information provided by an applicant. Nothing in these rules limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Custom Player Refund and Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to the EUR 1.99 one-time Custom Player profile creation and application processing service sold by COLLAGEN d.o.o. Payment purchases profile processing and creation work only; it does not purchase Water Polo Manager 2026, a game licence, or guarantee identity verification, activation, ratings, a portrait, publication or inclusion. Rejection after the purchased processing has been properly completed is not by itself grounds for a refund.

For consumer distance contracts, the applicant may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Before payment, the applicant expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once COLLAGEN d.o.o. fully performs the service. If the applicant withdraws before full performance after requesting immediate commencement, the applicant must pay a proportionate amount for the work performed up to withdrawal. The service completion time and review actions must be auditable.

No voluntary refund is provided after the processing service has been fully and properly performed. This restriction does not affect mandatory rights. A refund or other remedy remains available where required by applicable law, including for an unauthorised or duplicate charge, a service not supplied, or a service materially not supplied as described. Fraud, chargebacks and abuse may result in suspension, preservation of required evidence and refusal of future applications.

A withdrawal or refund request must identify the order reference and be sent through the published support channel. COLLAGEN d.o.o. may request information reasonably necessary to locate the order and prevent fraud, but must not request card credentials. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Statutory deadlines and rights prevail over any conflicting sentence in this policy.
